Founded in 1975 and now the largest full time program on the Potomac, the Mariner Sailing School is the answer to your sailing goals.   After exploring our website, you'll see why we have become the "sailors place" for the Washington, D.C. area.

Our 3:1 student to instructor ratio, beautiful location and great boats are just a few reasons to sail with us.  With a dedicated staff of people-oriented, professional sailors, we welcome the opportunity to show you just how much fun you can have sailing. 

The 2013 season is underway with new classes forming every Saturday and Sunday. Monday - Thursday courses are offered every week through the end of October.  Our summer Youth Sailing Camp is an excellent way to safely and confidently introduce your children to the sport. Student to instructor ratio is 6:1.

It is generally advised to reserve your class 2 to 3 weeks in advance to guarantee your dates.
