The Marina, which has been in existence for 50 years, is a valuable asset to the community in terms of the recreational and educational opportunities it presents. It is a treasure in the heart of Mount Vernon, which needs to be renovated and preserved to allow for the public's enjoyment of the waterways. To protect the diverse plant and wild life of the area, the Marina should be maintained for a limited number of motorboats and non-motorized boats. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
