Is sailing right for you? Find out for free. This relaxed 2-hour adventure provides the opportunity to steer and participate in basic sailing maneuvers. A perfect first taste of what sailing is all about!
We offer our "Discover Sail" every Mon. or Tues. evening from 5:30 - 7:30 pm beginning in mid April.
Classes are limited to 6 sailors per night.
Your instructor guides you and 2 classmates through rigging the boat, basic terminology and helps you set course for an exciting sail. Learn to take the helm and trim the sails while enjoying the waters of the Potomac aboard a safe and stable 19’ Flying Scot.
"Discover Sail" may be used once per person and is for new sailors only.
